Sockets
Body armour can take up to 2 Rune sockets (use Artificer's Orbs). Soul Core sockets are weapon/focus only.
Tips
- •Quality up to 20% BEFORE crafting: quality multiplies base defense.
- •Match defense type to your build's main attribute (STR=Armour, DEX=Eva, INT=ES).
- •Hybrid bases give less of each defense than pure bases: pick pure unless your build needs both stats.
Advanced tips
- •iLvl 82+ unlocks T1 life rolls (+120 Life range).
- •Double-corruption can give +1 socket implicit bonus: gamble after fully crafted.
- •Some unique body armours transform your build entirely: check before going rare-only.
